Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Products must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Please note that some clearance, hygiene or food-related products may not be eligible for return.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photos of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

Our support team will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return is approved.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
